Infinite Flow
Welcome to Infinite Flow – Children's Well-being & Mindfulness Clubs Inspiring Calm, Connection, and Confidence in Children
At Infinity Tai Chi Derby, we are delighted to offer our Children's Well-being & Mindfulness Club called Infinite Flow, specially designed for primary schools and other educational settings. These clubs combine gentle movements from Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and deep breathing techniques, helping children develop essential skills to support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Our Ethos
At Infinite Flow, we believe in nurturing a supportive, loving, and inclusive environment where children can flourish. We are passionate about sharing holistic practices like Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation to equip children with tools to navigate everyday life with resilience, calm, and confidence. Our approach encourages kindness, connection, and mutual support, creating a space where both children and adults can grow together.

What we offer
Our Infinite Flow Clubs can run on a termly basis and can be tailored to suit the unique needs of your school or setting. Whether you are looking for regular weekly sessions, a one-off workshop during term time, or a bespoke programme to support your pupils’ well-being, we are happy to work with you to create a plan that meets your school’s needs.
I take the time to get to know each child, understanding their individual needs, and carefully plan sessions that support their well-being journey. Sessions are designed to promote relaxation, focus, and inner strength while fostering a sense of community and personal growth.

Our approach complements and enhances the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the National Curriculum. By focusing on movement, mindfulness, and emotional well-being, our sessions support children’s development in key areas such as well-being, physical development, communication, and personal growth. We contribute to the goals set within PE, PSHE, and the broader focus on mental health and resilience across the curriculum.

I have worked extensively with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), we understand the additional challenges they face. Our gentle, sensory-friendly exercises and calming breathing practices have proven to be especially effective in helping children with additional needs to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and improve focus and coordination.

About Me

With over 15 years of experience in primary education, I am passionate about building strong foundations that help children thrive – not just academically, but emotionally, socially, and physically. My approach has always been rooted in understanding each child as an individual and creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow in confidence and joy.

In 2017, I discovered the beautiful practices of Tai Chi and Chi Kung, which became a source of balance and strength in my own life. Inspired by their impact, I completed my teacher training to share these gentle yet powerful arts with others. Bringing together my teaching experience and holistic well-being practices is my passion – helping children feel grounded, calm, and confident as they navigate the world around them.
