Cancellation Policy

🌸 Booking Policy Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. A child’s place is confirmed once full payment has been received. Each booking is valid for the specific school and term dates listed. 🌸 Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can sometimes change. You have 14 days from the date of booking to request a refund, provided the course has not yet started. Once the first session begins, bookings are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances — but we’ll always do our best to be fair and understanding. If a child is absent due to illness or personal reasons, we’re unable to refund for the missed session as costs are already incurred. If Infinite Flow or the school are required to cancel a session, every effort will be made to reschedule. If a rescheduled session cannot be arranged, a refund will be provided. 🌸 Waitlist Policy If the club is fully booked, parents can join the waitlist. If a place becomes available, families will be contacted in order of the waitlist. Once offered, places must be confirmed with payment within 48 hours to secure the booking. 🌸 Behaviour & Safety Infinite Flow is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space. Infinite Flow sessions are designed to support children’s emotional wellbeing through calm, focused activities. To ensure every child can benefit fully, participants need to be able to listen, follow simple instructions, and take part safely within a group setting. At this time, our sessions may not be suitable for children who require a high level of additional support or one-to-one supervision. We welcome conversations with parents and schools to discuss each child’s individual needs and whether the program is a good fit. We reserve the right to withdraw a child’s place if repeated unsafe or disruptive behaviour occurs (parents will always be contacted first to discuss).
